Our Vision
To reclaim Bihar's heritage as a seat of global learning by standardising infrastructure, adopting modern pedagogical frameworks, and establishing equitable, safe, and quality education parameters across all rural and urban schools, colleges, and institutes.
Our Mission
To design standard evaluation parameters for academic operations, ensure strict compliance with fire safety, physical laboratory spaces, and regulatory licenses, and honor district-level excellence to foster healthy growth and credibility.
Historical Legacy of Learning
Bihar is historically recognized as the birthplace of organized higher learning. Ancient Nalanda University, established in the 5th century CE, attracted scholars from all over the world, teaching philosophy, logic, medicine, and astronomy. Together with Vikramashila and Odantapuri, Bihar laid the foundation for global academics.
The Bihar Education Conclave 2026 is driven by this historical consciousness. We aim to inject similar rigor, structure, and intellectual depth into our modern institutions, creating learning centers capable of thriving in the global digital landscape.
