Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 18 July 2026

Please read the cancellation, refund, and payment policies regarding nominations and exhibition space bookings.

1. Award Nomination Fees

Submitting nominations for the Bihar Education Excellence Awards is completely free of charge. No application processing or registration fees are collected. Consequently, no refund policies apply to award filings.

2. Exhibition Stall Bookings

Exhibition bookings are subject to the following cancellation schedules:

• Cancellations made before August 27, 2026 (30+ days prior): Eligible for a 50% refund of the stall fee. The remaining 50% is retained to cover layout planning and administration overheads.
• Cancellations made on or after August 27, 2026 (less than 30 days): Non-refundable. Stalls are locked, layouts printed, and slot reservations finalized; no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Processing

All refund requests must be filed in writing to the Organizer via email (bihareducationconclave@gmail.com) with booking ID details. Validated refunds will be transferred directly to the designated bank account within 15 working days.
